Terms & Conditions

1. All promotional event bookings will incur a £10 per person deposit taken at the time of booking. (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Easter, Afternoon Tea Bookings and all Christmas Events. Deposits are refundable until 72 hours prior to your booking, after this point they become non-refundable.

2. A deposit of £10 per person will be taken for groups of 8 or above (different terms apply for private event bookings) and pre-orders may be required. All pre-orders are to be completed in the hotels requested format. Deposits are refundable until 120 hours prior to your booking, after this point they become non-refundable.

3. Afternoon Tea – 2 for £30 – a deposit of £10 per person will be taken at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable until 72 hours prior to your booking, after this point they become non-refundable. Offer available Monday – Friday but does not apply to special events. Offer ends 30th April 2024.

4. Sunday Lunch – Kids eat free offer – Kid’s under 11 are entitled to a free Sunday roast (one main course) with each adult purchase of a main meal. Offer valid between January & April 2024 only and must be pre-booked prior to dining. This offer does not apply on Mother’s Day or Easter Sunday.
